How do you make a new print company stand out in a overcrowded market place?

Approach:
Focus on the customer, not the technology. Our market research showed that many print companies highlight their technology. None make it a point to make customer service as vital a component of their business as their presses.
What we did:
Building their brand around friendliness, we chose a friendly sounding name, pleasant colours, and simple language to draw their customers in. Still mindful that technology is an important part of the print world, we decided to highlight Modell's extensive print technology by designing business cards and stationary that would allow them to show off many different printing methods.
The result:
A printer who not only offers great service and great technology, but the best business card and image in town!
