We built on that established model and helped them develop a plan of action for the global marketplace! Pita Pit International is now based on a long-term vision of organic foods, local farm and food distribution systems in each host nation, and complete support to their master franchise partners.
What we did:
Know thy enemy: Market research to understand the global fast food industry and the eating habits of people around the world. Divide and conquer: created multi-tiered marketing strategies that allowed Pita Pit International to grow quickly without the need of undue start-up costs. Propaganda warfare: Create a corporate brochure that not only got prospective master franchise purchasers excited, but immersed in the Pita Pit International brand values and vision.
The result:
